Being a powerful man

For centuries people have been very interested in leadership roles and what it really takes to be a true leader. In today's society we have a pretty good understanding of what it takes to be a true leader, at least a good theoretical understanding of the underlying dynamics and concepts.

The real challenge obviously lies in taking these theories and applying them in our everyday lives, as Bruce Lee said "Knowing is not enough, we must apply- Thinking is not enough, we must do". Anyone can become a leader and I don't agree with the notion that some people are simply born to be leaders. A lot of the "natural" leaders you see have just been rewarded for being such from a very young age and have simply learned that they get more positive attention by being a leader than being a follower.

This is actually a very positive thing as it shows us that anyone can in fact learn to lead others and while it may take a lot of grueling work for some people, others can learn true leadership skills within just a couple of years.

The number one key is of course to be able to speak your mind clearly and without being hindered by what other people might think about you. You have to have very clear boundaries of what you accept and what you don't accept in order to be an attractive male and a true leader. Furthermore you have to strive to see everything from a positive perspective and try to see the opportunities in challenges instead of seeing all the constraints like followers usually do.

A truly attractive male has a very well balanced personality and therefore he can vibe and make friends with all sorts of people. Being able to do so is very important as all the people you befriend are tools you can later on use as each individual person will have their own field of expertise. Instead of just seeing people for the value they can offer, the true leader tries to see what kind of value he can offer to others.

This is because he knows that once you give something to someone without asking for anything, that value will always come back 10 fold and before you know it you will have a empire of people willing to help you. That is what the true leader does.
