Flowers are a thing of beauty; they say that God smiles through the flowers. So when you have ample space in your back yard that is going waste, why not set up a beautiful garden and grow flowers? You are making good use of the land instead of allowing it to go waste and become a dump yard.

Gardening can be therauptic and relaxing for ones mind as well as soul. It gives us enough exercise too. When we spend a lot of time and energy to grow the seedlings and look after the plants, it gives us great pleasure to see the plants flowering. They grow very fast within 2 months and require very little water and attention from you. They transform the look of your garden and make it bright and shining.

You should plant morning glories all around the garden wall and grow them up to the height of about ten feet. Morning glories come in different colors including white, blue, pink, violet and red. Use them in combination and you will have a delicate soft touch of colors all over your garden.

How can one miss out on sunflower? Those beauties that turn to the sun and smile at him? When you grow them in groups and watch the flowers standing tall at six feet, swaying through the blowing wind and blooming in the sunlight, it is a visual treat for the eyes.

Your garden cannot be complete without Zinnias; for every home garden has grown these all round the year for centuries. The fact that they do not require any tending except for little water during summer, they happen to be the favorites of every Gardner.

One does not need to plant all of them simultaneously. You can grow them one by one by taking your time to ensure that you tend to them with care and keep your garden beautiful.
